Service instruction:
Golf Deluxe Program----The Program is offered exclusively for MasterCard Platinum,Diamond and World cardholders、Business Executive Card、Corporate Executive Card from China,as well as for MasterCard World cardholders from Hong Kong,Macau and Taiwan.Each cardholder is allowed to use this Program offering no more than once a day, within 18 holes.


Exclusive honorable treatment costs 3-8%----
The Program is offered exclusively for MasterCard Platinum,Business,Corporate,Titanium,Diamond,Black and World MasterCard cardholders.Each cardholder Will enjoy as many as 150 high-quality golf courses and Open-trips daily consumption per person per card.
(1)Reservation
1. Please book two days ahead for weekdays,three days for weekends,and seven days for special festivals and holidays.
2.Please fill in your true and valid reservation information so that we can correctly contact you in time.
3.Submit,and remember the number of your reservation form,which can be used when you need to cancel it.

(2)Change or cancel
1. Choose to change or cancel on-line according to your former reservation form,then submit it.

(3)Accept
1. 21GOLF service center's working time as follows:
In summer:7:00am—9:00pm( 1April—31October)
In winter: 7:30am—8:00pm(1November—31March)
Aftwer working until 12:00am,you can call our staff for your service.We provide Voice Service within12:00am ~ 7:00am。
2. Service center will contact you to confirm as soon as they receive your reservation form.
3. If we cannot get in touch with you 24 hours after you submit the reservation due to your incorrect information or other factors, it will be considered that you are no longer in need of the reservation automatically.

(4)Go ahead as schedule
The MasterCard cardholders must go to the course already reserved as scheduled. If there is any change, please inform 21GOLF reservation center 24 hours ahead.The MasterCard cardholders should be responsible for all the related loss if he cannot go to the course or cannot go there on schedule without informing 21GOLF reservation center.21GOLF hereby remind you that there are specific stipulated treat measures to this kind of behavior in some courses,such as, not accept this customer's reservation any more,request the customer to pay penalty,and etc.,and once these things happen,it will be on your own account.
(5)Special remind
1.Carrying card to front desk of the golf course is of no effect unless you have reserved through 21GOLF.
2.Please show your own Mastercard in accordance with the service instruction above and pay by this card when you are served at 21GOLF's cooperated golf courses.
3.If the card holder cannot carry out the reservation and bring 21GOLF's cooperated courses loss,21GOLF will send the card holder written remind of his violation,and reserve the rights to request him to bear the loss.

(6)Complaints
In order to solve problems as soon as possible,please offer your advice to customer service center at your convenience when you have any complaints or advice.If it is not solved to your satisfaction,you can inform our company by phone,message or e-mail within 36 hours for resolution.
