Golf Booking Terms & Conditions and Process:
1.To enjoy the offers and benefits of this Golf Deluxe Program, all qualified cardholders must make reservation through 21Golf’s customer service hotlines: +86-10-65398778, or via website www.21golf.com “Exclusive Area of MasterCard Golf Program”.Payments should also be made with the cards mentioned above. 2.Without prior booking through 21Golf, cardholders will not be able to enjoy the preferential rates on the GolfDeluxe Program.
3.Please provide the customer service with the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of your MasterCard card number as well as the name of the issuing bank. The customer service center will accept your reservation request once these appropriate information are provided correctly. To redeem special rate from the above mentioned 10 Golf Deluxe Courses m, please provide the customer service with your name, and the course name, tee-off date / time that wish to be reserved. Once your booking request has been confirmed by the golf course, our customer service representative will get back to you immediately through phone call, or mobile SMS, or email.
4.For joining the “Golf Deluxe Program”, the qualified cardholder should pay with the same card mentioned above when making bookings. The card number provided during the reservation needs to be identical with the card used for payment. The preferential rate can not be offered in case of the payment with different card's Primary Account Number from reservation.
5.The availability of “Golf Deluxe Program” is limited. Advanced reservation is recommended. “Golf Deluxe Program” booking service only accepts reservations within 2 weeks prior to the tee-off date. One cardholder can only enjoy the “Golf Deluxe Program”’s preferential rate no more than three times per month. “Golf Deluxe Program” booking service is limited to 1 group per reservation. Under preferential rate, per card / per person can only book one round each time. The next booking can not be offered until the previous booking is actually used.
6.All golf booking services referred above are for the cardholders who hold the qualified MasterCard only. Any reservation found falsely using may be cancelled.
7.The “Golf Deluxe Program” is valid from 01 January 2012 to 31 December 2012.
Special Notice
1.Please book two days ahead for weekdays, three days ahead for weekends, and seven days ahead for special festivals and holidays.
2.In circumstances that your former reservation can not be fulfilled, please contact the customer service to cancel or change your booking in advance. Please advise the customer service center your alteration or cancellation one day ahead for weekdays, three days ahead for weekends, or following the instructions when making reservation. No alteration or cancellation service will be provided at each respective golf course. Please note that No-show may cause deprivation of participation eligibility accordingly.
3.If the customer service representative can not reach the cardholder 24 hours after the cardholder’s booking, there will be no guarantee on secure the particular booking for the cardholder.
4.Preferential services may be adjusted based on each golf course’s circumstances. Any price changes due to the seasonal or unpredictable reasons; the price difference shall be paid by MasterCard cardholder. Apologize for bringing you consequent troubles and inconvenience. Thanks for your cooperation.
5.MasterCard International is neither the booking service provider nor the operator of the golf courses and holds no responsibility for any of the service provided by them herein.
6.MasterCard International retains the right of any possible price changes to the 10 golf courses and / or course replacement.
